The Spruce Alleyway is a functional and comfortable, yet intimate building complex with spacious apartments, located in the New Town district of Zamość, by Młyńska street.
An undoubted advantage of the location is the easy access to the city infrastructure. Bus stops and a bus station, schools, hypermarket, local shops and banks are all located in the vicinity.
Surrounded by spruces, the buildings have four over-ground floors, with the top one acting as an attic/loft. All buildings offer a variety of apartments, from 32 to 73 sq m. All access points and corridors are “threshold-free”, allowing the disabled full use of the premises. The surrounding area will be arranged with lighting, alleyways, benches, playgrounds and greenery. In the undergrounds of the buildings parking spaces for tenant’s vehicles have been designed; additional parking spots will be located in the northern part of the residential area.
The project combines the convenience of the closeness of the city centre with the peace and quiet of a spot “hidden” from the clamour of the main streets.
